About us

What we do
Thanks to its expertise of many years in the area of temporary accommodation, HplusM short Stay Solutions is able to provide tailor-made solutions for landlords – (municipal) authorities, investors, private persons – as well as those seeking accommodation. HplusM Short Stay Solutions ensures that the vacancy risk for landlords is as low as possible. "Short Stay accommodation" is the solution resulting in an attractive return for both private and business customers.

HplusM Short Stay provides assistance during the entire procedure – from the first viewing and inventory of the existing situation to the correct conclusion of the tenancy agreements – and ensures that a win-win situation is created for all parties involved.

Who we are
H
anneke Verschuren is an Interior Stylist, experienced in structural engineering and responsible for contract drawings. She manages renovations and the complete furnishing and (re)styling of houses and commercial real estate for municipal authorities and other market parties.

Mabel Maurick is responsible for the feasibility studies and calculations of the expected return, evaluation of accommodation to determine the rent and acquisition of new clients. She efficiently supervises the real estate processes, balancing the different interests at stake of the parties involved (including municipal authorities, housing corporations, real estate investors, ministries and providers of facilities services).

Limitation of the vacancy risk
Usually, the parties with available accommodation (government, investors, insurance companies and private persons) are not able to rent out that accommodation from one day to the next. To put it differently: the risk of vacancy is likely to arise. That can be a costly affair. That is why they look for a solution to temporarily rent out that accommodation, renovated where necessary, to a party in need of such accommodation. To bring this about, HplusM Short Stay Solutions is called in.

HplusM Short Stay Solutions rents out your accommodation; this is not a measure to counter illegal squatting, which in the end will only cost you. In cooperation with HplusM Short Stay Solutions, landlords can achieve an excellent return.
