HplusM Short Stay provides assistance during the entire procedure – from the first viewing and inventory of the existing situation to the correct conclusion of the tenancy agreements – and ensures that a win-win situation is created for all parties involved.

Who we are
Hanneke Verschuren is an Interior Stylist, experienced in structural engineering and responsible for contract drawings. She manages renovations and the complete furnishing and (re)styling of houses and commercial real estate for municipal authorities and other market parties.

Mabel Maurick is responsible for the feasibility studies and calculations of the expected return, evaluation of accommodation to determine the rent and acquisition of new clients. She efficiently supervises the real estate processes, balancing the different interests at stake of the parties involved (including municipal authorities, housing corporations, real estate investors, ministries and providers of facilities services).
