Construction supervision

In this phase, a start is made with the writing of the specifications that are delivered at contractor's level. HplusM Short Stay Solutions also gathers all data and quotations of suppliers. Subsequently, the final contract drawings can be made. Everything is included in the report that we submit to our clients, from the description of materials to the "mood board" regarding the total furnishing.

After that, the tender procedure starts (to be executed by the client or by HplusM Short Stay Solutions). In this phase, HplusM Short Stay Solutions can take on the management of the total renovation/refurbishment. The client receives a budgetary justification every two weeks and the building site is monitored by HplusM Short Stay Solutions on a daily basis. In this phase, building meetings will be held once or twice a week.
