Feasibility studies
In this phase, an inventory is made of all ins and outs regarding the accommodation or the residential building.
After the viewings, the existing situation is represented by means of accurate drawings. Subsequently, points are calculated according to the housing evaluation system of the Dutch Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment used to determine the rent. By implementing relatively small changes to the accommodations in question, HplusM Short Stay Solutions will improve them in consultation with its clients in such a way as to result in an excellent basic rent.
Without calculating the points, HplusM Short Stay cannot calculate the expected return or operating estimate. This calculation is made based on the investments for a certain period. The (service) charges are also included in the final outline of the costs. The calculation of the points offers the landlord / investor security. Since the basic rent and (service) charges have been determined efficiently and based on extensive information, our clients have nothing to fear from the rent assessment committees.
