For municipal authorities and housing corporations, HplusM Short Stay Solutions conducts feasibility studies on vacant real estate, for real estate owned by "temporary real estate" departments as well as other portfolios of real estate departments. These feasibility studies include:
• Viewings;
• Contract drawings from existing situations to new situations;
• Calculation of points according to the housing evaluation system of the Dutch Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment used to determine the rent;
• Calculations of expected return based on the investments for a period of five year;
• Calculation of service charges.
In addition to the feasibility studies, we also manage renovations. We can execute this process following a feasibility study or as a separate process.
If the real estate in question is prepared for letting, we only take on the management for our clients.
